A practical checklist

  1. Use Tillage for each actual operation date.
  2. Name the implement and describe the covered ground in notes.
  3. Explain whether the pass completed unfinished work or repeated a previously worked section.

What to avoid

Do not count every tillage entry as full-field coverage. Read the section notes before comparing pass counts across years.
