Delete your account
You can delete your My Farm Assistant account in the app, or request help by email. My Farm Assistant is published by Guilherme Perotta.
In the app
- Sign in to My Farm Assistant.
- Open Settings. If you have not created a farm, choose Account settings on the setup screen.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm. For security, you must have signed in within the last five minutes. If prompted, sign out and sign in again first.
Without the app
Email support@hupprograms.com with the subject “My Farm Assistant account deletion.” Send the request from your account email address, if possible, and identify the account you want deleted. Never send your password.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request. If you no longer have access to your account email, tell us so we can discuss verification.
What is deleted
Your account profile and the farms you own individually are deleted, including their fields and activity records. This cannot be undone. In-app deletion also removes your locally stored preferences and drafts.
In shared farms, your membership and activity author identifier are removed. The shared records remain for other members. If you own a shared farm, contact support to resolve ownership before deleting your account. Service-provider logs and backups may remain subject to their retention policies.
