My Farm Assistant

Your farm journal

Your farm.
Ready wherever you work.

Keep your farms, fields, and daily work together. Use the web app at your desk and take the mobile app into the field.

Use the same account across devices. Web requires an internet connection. Mobile keeps downloaded farm records available offline and syncs saved changes when you reconnect.

Become an Android tester

Use the same Google account for all three steps, including Google Play on your Android device.

  1. Join the tester group. Open My Farm Assistant Android Testers, sign in, and select “Join group”. Anyone can join; no approval is needed.
  2. Enroll in the closed test. Open the Google Play testing page and select “Become a tester”. Joining the group alone does not enroll you in the test.
  3. Install the app. Follow the Google Play download link on that page, or open My Farm Assistant on Google Play after enrolling, then tap “Install”.

Stay in the group to keep access to the closed test. If Google Play says the app is unavailable, check that you joined and enrolled with the account selected in the Play Store, then try again after the access change has had time to apply.

Create an account in the app, try adding a farm and a field, and record an activity. Send feedback to support@hupprograms.com or post in the group. Group conversations are public, so keep passwords and private farm details out of your posts.

A little help. Back to your day.

Before you write

Include your device model, whether you use iOS, Android, or the web app, and what happened. Never send your password. If you share a screenshot, hide any farm information you do not want to include.

Account and record help

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to request a reset link. In the app, Settings lets you choose acres or hectares and delete your account. Archive a field to keep its activity history.

The web app loads records and saves changes while connected. The mobile app downloads all your authorized farms after sign-in so you can read and record work without signal. Let the initial download finish before heading offline. Pending mobile changes sync when a connection returns.
