Before you leave coverage
Your first sign-in and download need internet. Mobile automatically downloads all your authorized farms, including fields, activity history, equipment, maintenance, and attached photos.
Let the initial download finish and check download status. You don’t need to open each farm or screen. A partial download is not an empty farm.
Keep working in the field
Open downloaded records, create farms and fields, and record or edit work without signal. Mobile saves changes locally and keeps them pending for upload. Downloaded history has no age-based expiry.
Records added elsewhere after your last connection arrive when you reconnect.

Saved on this device
Your work is stored on your phone. Pending changes have not been confirmed by the server or shared with other devices.
Synced with your account
The server accepted the change. Other devices can receive it while connected and refreshed.
Open the app with internet to let pending work sync. Your phone’s operating system can pause background work. Check Offline & sync details; rejected changes stay available for review and retry.
Keep unsynced work safe: don’t uninstall the app or erase its storage to fix pending changes. Device-only work could be lost.
Use web when you’re connected
The web app needs internet to load and save farm records. Use native mobile for work without signal.
