The common questions.
How do I reset my password?
Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to request a reset link. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive.
How do I get the mobile app?
Android is in closed testing, with three setup steps. iPhone and iPad use private TestFlight testing. See the current access options.
Can I use my farm records without internet?
On mobile, yes — once the initial download finishes. Sign in while connected and check download status before leaving coverage. The web app needs internet. Learn how offline work and sync work.
Why is a mobile change missing on another device?
An entry saved on your phone may still be pending. Open the mobile app while connected and check Offline & sync details. Pending changes need server confirmation before another device can receive them. Rejected changes stay available for review and retry.
Can I switch between acres and hectares?
Yes. Choose your preferred area unit in Settings. You can also choose English, Canadian French, Latin American Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese.
How do I keep history for a field I no longer use?
Archive the field to keep its previous activity history. For a correction to a job, edit the existing activity instead of creating a duplicate entry.
How do I delete my account?
Use “Delete my account” in Settings, or request help by email. Read the deletion instructions and what happens to your records.

A few details help us help you.
- Your device model and whether you use web, Android, or iOS.
- What you tried and what happened.
- A screenshot, if useful, with private farm information hidden.
Never send your password. Don’t uninstall or erase mobile storage to fix pending work — unsynced changes could be lost.
