A practical checklist
- Show the farm’s field and equipment names and common nicknames.
- Demonstrate one existing entry that follows the agreed recording convention.
- Explain the difference between an unsynchronized mobile save and an update other members can see.
A new operator learns that “lower meadow” means Meadow South and harvest entries are per load. They add the day’s weighed load under the existing field instead of creating a new nickname field or repeating a daily total.
What to avoid
Access depends on the member’s assigned role. Do not solve a missing permission by sharing another person’s login or creating records in the wrong farm.
