A practical checklist
- Connect and let the authorized farm download complete before leaving coverage.
- Check that the relevant entry and its image open on the device.
- Treat incomplete photo downloads as incomplete data and reconnect to finish them when possible.
A scouting image appears in a record while connected. Before traveling, the farmer confirms download completion and opens that image with the phone offline. The check establishes availability on that device.
What to avoid
The web app requires a connection and does not preload farm photos for offline use. New remote attachments cannot arrive on a disconnected phone.
