A practical checklist

  1. Add a Harvesting entry for each identifiable pass or work date.
  2. Describe the section and whether its quantity is separate from earlier loads.
  3. Explain when the remaining ground was finished rather than modifying the first pass.

What to avoid

Avoid adding an 18 t summary as another harvest quantity after those two entries. That would record the same crop a second time.
